Breezeturn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates breezeturn.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
Phone numbers. If you are a cleaner opting into SMS notifications, we collect your phone number. If you are a host, you may provide your phone number in your settings. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS notifications related to Breezeturn job assignments.
Calendar data. Hosts paste iCal URLs from Airbnb, VRBO, or other booking platforms. We read reservation dates and property names from these calendars to create cleaning jobs. We do not access your booking platform account, guest information, or financial data.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to maintain and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing by third parties.
Breezeturn sends SMS messages to cleaners and hosts who have explicitly opted in. SMS messages relate to cleaning job assignments, schedule changes, reminders, and status updates.
Opt-in. You must provide affirmative consent before receiving SMS messages. Consent is collected through a checkbox when you accept a cleaner invitation, or when you enable SMS notifications in your profile settings. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the Breezeturn service or making a purchase.
Opt-out. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, disabling SMS in your Breezeturn settings, or visiting our unsubscribe page.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your job activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during busy periods.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate Breezeturn:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number with other users (hosts and cleaners communicate through Breezeturn, not directly via each other's phone numbers).
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. SMS consent records are retained for compliance purposes.

Breezeturn is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
