By creating an account or using Breezeturn (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Breezeturn is a turnover scheduling tool for short-term rental hosts. The Service reads reservation data from iCal calendar feeds (Airbnb, VRBO, and others) to automatically create cleaning jobs and notify assigned cleaners via SMS text message or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the calendar URLs they provide and for maintaining valid cleaner contact information.
Breezeturn sends SMS text messages to users who have explicitly opted in. By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to job assignments, schedule changes, reminders, and status updates.

Breezeturn is free for one property. Additional properties cost $3 per month each. Fees are billed monthly and may be changed with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Breezeturn may facilitate payments between hosts and cleaners. Payment terms, rates, and schedules are agreed upon between hosts and cleaners. Breezeturn is not a party to the employment or contractor relationship between hosts and cleaners.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Breezeturn. You retain ownership of any data you provide (calendar URLs, property names, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate and provide the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for a reasonable period and can be exported.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed cleanings, scheduling errors, SMS delivery failures, or any damages resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
